Use of Our Site

All content, including videos, photography, logos, branding, and text are the intellectual property of Game of Drones and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not copy, distribute, or use our imagery or assets for commercial purposes without express written consent.

Membership & Account Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• Membership tiers grant different levels of access and download rights. Misuse may result in suspension or permanent ban.
• We reserve the right to adjust membership features, tier limits, or pricing with prior notice to users.
• Attempts to bypass tier limits or abuse the download system may lead to a permanent ban and revocation of any active perks.

Product Orders

Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners Shopify and Gelato. While we aim for accurate product previews, final print appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or production methods.

Shipping & Fulfilment

All physical orders are fulfilled and shipped via Gelato, a trusted global print-on-demand provider. Shipping times, packaging, and tracking availability vary by country and are subject to Gelato’s logistics network. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled according to the policies on our Returns Policy page. Products damaged in transit may be eligible for reprint or refund — proof must be provided within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are not issued for buyer error or change of mind.

Downloads & Restrictions

Silver, Gold, and Diamond members have monthly download limits based on their tier. Attempts to bypass these limits, use multiple accounts, or redistribute downloads will result in termination of access. Download quotas reset on the 1st of each month (GMT).

User Conduct

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity.
• Attempting to breach security, reverse engineer site features, or manipulate pricing or tier access is strictly forbidden.
• Use of bots or automated systems to download or interact with content is not allowed.
• Any abusive behaviour toward staff or users may result in an immediate ban.
