At TheGameOfDrones.co.uk, we aim to deliver stunning quality in every order. As our products are made to order via our global print-on-demand partner Gelato, all sales are considered final unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right. You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue, including damage to the item and packaging.
• Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.

Returns & Eligibility

Because all items are printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size, design, or format chosen at checkout.
• Minor colour variations due to screen differences or print processes.

Refund Process

If your return claim is approved, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• A free reprint and reshipment of your item.

Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider.

How to Submit a Claim

1. Email Support@TheGameOfDrones.co.uk with the subject line Return Claim - Order #[Your Order Number].
2. Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

Additional Notes

Our fulfilment partner Gelato handles production and shipping globally. If you experience an issue with delivery or quality, we work closely with them to ensure a resolution. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority.
