Fulfilment & Production

Each product is custom-made upon ordering. Production times typically range from 1–4 business days, depending on the product type and destination country. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–10 business days after fulfilment, depending on location.
• Express Shipping: May be available at checkout for select regions with faster delivery options.
• Tracking: Most orders include tracking. If tracking isn’t available for your region, we will notify you accordingly.

Packaging

Your prints are carefully packaged by Gelato’s local production partners to minimise transit time and carbon footprint. Posters are typically shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers to ensure safe arrival.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delays & Disruptions

While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, delays can occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or local logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist with any delivery issues.

Returns & Damages

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Returns Policy. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the damage. Please note that all items are printed on demand, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer error.
